    Built from the inside

Our engagements are led by MLROs, legal consultants and regulatory compliance officers who have run these controls themselves.

    Current legislation

Frameworks built on Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025, not carried over from the repealed 2018/2019 regime.

    Evidence, not paperwork

Every deliverable, from the EWRA to the CDD file to the training log, is designed to serve as inspection-ready evidence.

    About us

Most compliance programmes are written to satisfy a checklist

We were founded on a simple observation: most compliance programmes are written to satisfy a checklist, not to survive an inspection. Regulators under Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025 now test whether controls actually operate and that requires documentation built by people who have run these controls from the inside.

We believe that effective compliance is not simply about having policies in place it is about demonstrating that controls are properly designed, consistently implemented, documented, and capable of operating effectively in practice.

    What we offer

    Our Services

Every regulated entity in the UAE has to build and evidence a working compliance programme — not file a policy and move on. These are the components we deliver, individually or as one coordinated engagement.

    01

    Policy, controls & procedures documentation

A firm-specific AML/CFT manual covering CDD, risk methodology, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and record keeping structured for board approval and inspection readiness.

    02

    Enterprise-wide risk assessment

A structured read of the ML/FT/PF risk arising from your customer base, products, delivery channels and geographic exposure, producing a documented rating and mitigation plan.

    03

Managed KYC & customer due diligence

Identifying and verifying customers and beneficial owners before onboarding, applying a risk-based CDD methodology, and maintaining ongoing due diligence records.

    04

    Enhanced due diligence support

For PEPs and complex ownership structures source of funds and source of wealth verification, senior management approval workflows, and enhanced ongoing monitoring.

    05

Sanctions, PEP & adverse media screening

Screening against the UAE Local Terrorist List and the UNSC Consolidated List under Targeted Financial Sanctions, with match-review and freezing/reporting procedures.

    06

    In-house AML compliance department setup

Establishing the internal function defining the mandate and independence of the AML Compliance Officer/MLRO, and building escalation and case-management workflows.

    Sector mandates

    Eleven sectors, eleven mandates

11 sectors, 11 mandates. Every regulated business in the UAE carries obligations shaped by its supervisory authority — here is what an inspection-ready programme looks like, sector by sector.

    Why engage us

    Why Engage Us

    01

    Sector Depth and Specialised Expertise

Our team brings hands-on, engagement level experience across banking and financial institutions, real estate, dealers in precious metals and stones, legal and notarial practices, trust and corporate service providers, audit and accountancy firms, and virtual asset service providers.

    02

    Regulatory Currency and Continuous Monitoring

Our frameworks are built and maintained in line with Federal Decree-Law No.

    03

    Practical Evidence, Not Paperwork

Supervisory authorities in the UAE increasingly inspect whether controls actually operate whether risk assessments were genuinely performed, whether screening ran and alerts were resolved, and whether reports were filed on time rather than whether a policy document merely exists on file.

    04

    End-to-End, Integrated Support

We support clients across the full compliance lifecycle policy documentation, risk assessment, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, technology selection and validation, regulatory reporting, training, and independent audit delivered as a single, coordinated programme rather than disconnected, one-off engagements.

    05

    Experienced, Multidisciplinary Compliance Team

Our engagements are led by a multidisciplinary team of MLROs, legal consultants, and AML/regulatory compliance officers with direct experience advising regulated entities on UAE AML/CFT obligations.

    06

    Responsive, Client-Centric Engagement

We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, providing clear, timely guidance and remaining accessible for the day to day compliance questions that arise between formal engagements.

Everything you need to know about working with us

The current foundation is Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025, which replaced the 2018/2019 legislation. On top of federal law, your supervisory authority (CBUAE, MoET, MoJ, CMA, VARA, GCGRA, DFSA or FSRA) issues its own rulebook, circulars and returns. We build programmes against both layers.

Yes. DIFC entities follow the DFSA AML, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Rulebook, and ADGM entities follow the FSRA AML and Sanctions Rulebook, both alongside federal law. Both free zones apply a broader DNFBP definition than the federal one, and we scope each engagement accordingly.

A firm-specific AML/CFT policy manual, a documented enterprise-wide risk assessment, CDD and EDD files with evidence, sanctions and PEP screening records with resolved alerts, transaction-monitoring output, training logs, and filed STRs/SARs and periodic returns. A policy on its own is not a programme. Regulators test whether the controls ran.

We support the appointment of a fit-and-proper Compliance Officer/MLRO, help define the mandate and independence of the role, and provide ongoing advisory on day-to-day AML/CFT decisions, escalation and case management.

Yes. We run role-based training for boards, senior management, MLROs and frontline staff, built around the typologies and red flags relevant to your sector, with a training log that stands up as inspection evidence.

With a short scoping conversation about your licence, your supervisory authority and where your current programme stands. From there we set out what a compliant, evidenced programme looks like for your sector and what it takes to get there.
